It starts with a phone call or email, and a brief discussion of your
project idea. Followed by a personal visit to further explore your
project possibilities, take careful measurements, discuss budget,
timeline, and a follow up date. Then it’s on to the drawing board...
Blackpoint will put together several
detailed sketches (computer
drawings in 3D and color), and pricing. This may take between 2-3
weeks. We’ll reconvene to review the drawings, discuss pricing and
options.
If further designing is needed, it’s back to the drawing board. If you
want to go ahead with the project, the ball is set in motion with a
deposit. If you’d like to retain the drawings for further consideration,
a small, non refundable deposit is required (which will be applied to
project price when you choose to start).
From this point onward, Blackpoint will
keep you in the loop (as much or as little as you’d like to be). While
it is important that we keep to our proposed schedule, corners will
never be cut, and communication will always be open.
You can expect a smooth and enjoyable process with
absolutely no surprises.
All deliveries and work requiring installation is scheduled in advance,
at your convenience. Install work is carefully and skillfully conducted
by Blackpoint Woodworking - never a 3rd party contractor. Final payment
is required upon delivery and/or completion of work, and with your
expressed, complete satisfaction.
